Refund policy

  • Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • We will try to dispatch the order as soon as possible but there can be a slight delay because of unavoidable circumstances. In that case of delay (product not dispatched within the estimated time limit), the customer is free to cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded in 3 to 4 business days.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your canceled item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your request is approved, then the refund will be processed, and you will get your refund back as per your original payment method. We also provide a credit note instead of a refund under the acceptance of the customer to use that credit on your next purchase. This Credit note will be valid for 3 months.
